The aFe Diesel Fuel Systems DFS780 Series is a high-performance fuel system designed for 2013-2015 Ram 6.7L L6 diesel trucks operating full time. It features a durable cast aluminum construction with protected against dust intrusion and water jets, ensuring reliable operation in demanding conditions. The system utilizes bronze gears that are more forgiving of contaminants than steel gears, and a helical spur gear design that runs quieter than straight cut gears. It allows for visual inspection of fuel and enhances flow through the manifold to reduce pressure drops caused by flow restrictions. The spur gears ride on PEEK bearing surfaces, reducing noise and wear, while a heavy-duty bracket mounts securely to the vehicle frame. The supplied harness connects directly to the battery with Deutsch weather-proof connectors, requiring no modifications to stock fuel lines, and can be easily returned to stock if needed.
