Magnum Force Stage 2 Aluminum Black Cold Air Intake System with Pro 5R by aFe. The aFe Stage 2 Cold Air Intake System replaces your entire factory air intake system with a large high-flow aFe air filter, open element airbox/heat shield and a smoothly contoured, less restrictive intake tube. This system enables your engine to take in huge quantities of dense, cool, oxygen laden air. The result is better combustion, increased horsepower and torque, and a noticeable gain in performance.

Features:

• A lightweight high-gloss twill weave carbon fiber tube directs filtered air from the air filter to the engine and eliminates the factory sound chamber. It's computer designed and tested to increase air flow, while also reducing weight and enhancing the visual appearance of the engine bay. It features a billet aluminum fitting for the OE vent hose and a built-in resonance chamber to reduce unwanted air intake noise without eliminating its deep tone.
• The included massive air filter is surrounded by a lightweight 5052-H32 aluminum, black powder-coated heat shield that helps reduce the intake of hot air from the engine compartment for maximum performance.
• Stainless-steel T-bolt clamps are included for strength, and a premium bellows coupling allows for ample flexibility. This system is designed with fewer parts and utilizes factory mounting locations, making it extremely simple to install.

The aFe Pro 5R air filter was designed to provide the maximum airflow possible, to enable your engine to make the most horsepower and torque. But aFe didn't achieve this by ignoring engine protection. The Pro 5R outperforms most other cotton gauze air filters with a 98.6% efficiency rating. The increased airflow and high filtration capability are the result of the Pro 5R's construction. It' made of 5 layers of progressively finer medical-grade cotton gauze.

Powder-Coated One-Piece Heat Shield blocks performance-robbing engine heat. This heat shield requires no assembly and uses factory mounting locations for fast and easy installation.

A specially developed 3-angle velocity stack smoothes the airflow transition from the air filter to the rotomolded intake tube. The precision design and smooth contours of the intake tube maximize airflow volume and speed for optimum power gains.
