The ARP Rocker Arm Stud Kit is a high-performance component designed for Chevrolet engines, suitable for racing and street applications. Crafted from 8740 chromoly steel and heat-treated to achieve a tensile strength of 180,000 psi, these studs offer exceptional durability and strength. The kit features precise concentricity within .005 T.I.R. and a thread pitch to thread pitch consistency, ensuring reliable and stable rocker arm operation. The extra-large radius base enhances resistance to flex and promotes positive seating, contributing to improved valve train stability and consistent rocker geometry. These studs are engineered to withstand the demands of high-performance environments, making them ideal for racing, limited rule oval track competition, or street use where reliability and precision are critical.

Designed for Chevrolet engines with multiple fitment options, these ARP rocker arm studs are suitable for various models requiring high-strength, durable fasteners. They are intended for use in applications demanding increased reliability and performance, such as bracket racing or aggressive street driving. The studs are a direct replacement for stock components, providing a secure and stable mounting point for rocker arms. Installation involves standard bolt-on procedures, and the kit includes all necessary studs for a complete upgrade. Compatible with engines that benefit from enhanced rocker arm stability, these studs are an excellent choice for enthusiasts seeking consistent performance and long-lasting durability in demanding conditions.

Overview

Rocker Arm Stud Kit by ARP

ARP High Performance Series rocker arm studs are ideal for ET bracket racing, limited rule oval track competition, or street use. Made from 8740 chromoly steel and are heat-treated to 180,000 psi tensile strength, they are concentric within .005 T.I.R. thread pitch to thread pitch, which will give you more consistent rocker geometry. With an extra-large radius base, they are more resistant to flex and will provide a more positive seating. These rocker arm studs are designed to be used with Perma-Loc adjusters (not for use with OEM-style, self-locking nuts).
