The ARP Rocker Arm Stud Kit is a high-performance component designed for Chevrolet engines, suitable for ET bracket racing, limited rule oval track competition, or street use. Crafted from 8740 chromoly steel and heat-treated to 180,000 psi tensile strength, these studs offer exceptional durability and strength under demanding conditions. The kit features precise concentricity within .005 T.I.R. and a thread pitch to thread pitch consistency, ensuring reliable and stable rocker arm geometry. The extra-large radius base enhances resistance to flex and provides a more positive seating, contributing to improved valve train stability and performance. These studs are engineered to withstand high-stress environments, making them ideal for performance enthusiasts seeking durability and precision.

Designed for Chevrolet engines, these ARP rocker arm studs are compatible with various models requiring high-strength, reliable mounting solutions. They are suitable for applications involving racing, track days, or street performance where consistent valve operation is critical. The studs are a direct replacement for stock components, offering an easy bolt-on upgrade that enhances overall engine reliability. The kit includes the necessary studs and hardware for installation, ensuring a straightforward upgrade process. Suitable for use in high-performance builds, these studs help maintain optimal rocker arm alignment and longevity under aggressive driving conditions.

Overview

Rocker Arm Stud Kit by ARP

ARP High Performance Series rocker arm studs are ideal for ET bracket racing, limited rule oval track competition, or street use. Made from 8740 chromoly steel and are heat-treated to 180,000 psi tensile strength, they are concentric within .005 T.I.R. thread pitch to thread pitch, which will give you more consistent rocker geometry. With an extra-large radius base, they are more resistant to flex and will provide a more positive seating. These rocker arm studs are designed to be used with Perma-Loc adjusters (not for use with OEM-style, self-locking nuts).
