The ARP Rocker Arm Stud Kits are high-performance components designed for competition and racing applications. Crafted from 8470 chromoly steel and heat-treated to achieve a tensile strength of 200,000 psi, these studs offer exceptional durability and strength under demanding conditions. The precise manufacturing process ensures concentricity within .005 T.I.R., promoting consistent rocker geometry and optimal engine performance. The extra-large radius base enhances resistance to flex, providing a more positive and secure seating for the rocker arms. These studs are engineered to withstand the stresses of high-performance use, making them ideal for racing engines that require reliable, high-strength fasteners. The ARP Pro Series studs are compatible with Perma-Loc adjustable rocker arms, ensuring a secure fit and long-lasting performance.

Designed for a variety of Chevrolet models, these rocker arm studs are suitable for engines requiring high-strength fasteners in competition settings. They are compatible with multiple Chevrolet fitments, though specific vehicle applications should be verified for fitment. These bolt-on studs are intended for use in high-performance street, track, or racing engines where durability and precise geometry are critical. Installation involves replacing existing studs with these high-quality ARP components, providing a direct upgrade for enhanced reliability. The kit includes the necessary studs, ensuring a straightforward installation process. These studs are suitable for engines that demand superior strength and stability during aggressive driving or racing conditions.

Overview

Rocker Arm Stud Kit by ARP

ARP Pro Series rocker arm studs are ideal for competition applications. They are made from 8470 chromoly steel and are heat-treated to 200,000 psi tensile strength. They are concentric within .005 T.I.R. thread pitch to thread pitch, which will give you more consistent rocker geometry. With an extra-large radius base, these studs are more resistant to flex and will provide a more positive seating. Pro Series rocker arm studs were designed for use with Perma-Loc adjusters (not for use with OEM-style, self-locking nuts).
