The ARP Rocker Arm Stud Kit is a high-performance component designed for competition and racing applications. Crafted from 8470 chromoly steel and heat-treated to achieve a tensile strength of 200,000 psi, these studs offer exceptional durability and strength under extreme conditions. The precision manufacturing ensures a concentricity within .005 T.I.R. from thread pitch to thread pitch, promoting consistent rocker geometry and reliable operation. The extra-large radius base enhances resistance to flex and provides a more positive and secure seating for the rocker arms. These studs are engineered to withstand the rigors of high-performance engines, delivering improved stability and longevity in demanding environments.

Designed for use with various Chevrolet engines, these ARP Pro Series rocker arm studs are suitable for a range of models requiring high-strength, reliable fasteners. They are compatible with engines that benefit from increased durability and precise geometry, making them ideal for street, track, or competition use. The kit is a direct replacement for stock studs and is compatible with Perma-Loc adjustable rocker arms, ensuring a secure fit and optimal performance. Installation involves replacing existing studs with these high-quality components, providing a robust upgrade for performance enthusiasts seeking enhanced engine reliability and consistency.

Overview

Rocker Arm Stud Kit by ARP

ARP Pro Series rocker arm studs are ideal for competition applications. They are made from 8470 chromoly steel and are heat-treated to 200,000 psi tensile strength. They are concentric within .005 T.I.R. thread pitch to thread pitch, which will give you more consistent rocker geometry. With an extra-large radius base, these studs are more resistant to flex and will provide a more positive seating. Pro Series rocker arm studs were designed for use with Perma-Loc adjusters (not for use with OEM-style, self-locking nuts).
