The AST Lowering Springs for the 2016 and newer Toyota ProAce are high-performance suspension components designed to improve handling and aesthetics. Crafted from premium high tensile chromium-silicone wire, these springs are selected for their strength and metal consistency by AST engineers. The manufacturing process involves cold winding, followed by heat treatment to enhance hardness and minimize internal stresses. Each spring undergoes shot peening, phosphate treatment, and powder coating to ensure durability and corrosion resistance, surpassing the lifespan of the vehicle. Featuring progressive rates on most applications, these springs provide a balanced ride quality, reducing ride height by approximately 30 to 40mm for a sportier stance and improved cornering performance.
Designed specifically for the 2016+ Toyota ProAce Panel Van models, these lowering springs are compatible with vehicles equipped with Electronic Damping Control (EDC). AST Lowering Springs for the 2016+ Toyota ProAce are manufactured from a premium high tensile chromium-silicone wire which is handpicked by AST engineers for its quality and metal consistency.
Each spring is cold wound and then heat treated to increase hardness and reduce internal stresses present after winding. Each spring is then individually shot peened, phosphate treated and then powder coated to outlast even the life of the vehicle.
