The Banks Power 10-12 Ram 6.7L Diesel OEM Replacement Cold Boost Tubes are high-performance upgrade components designed to enhance airflow and boost engine efficiency. Constructed from mandrel-bent aluminized steel, these tubes feature a constant 3-1/2" diameter to increase flow area by up to 65% over stock tubes. The cold side tube is plastic, while the hot side is metal, both engineered to improve turbo spool times and overall horsepower. The red powder-coat finish provides better grip, complemented by heavy-duty silicone couplers and spring-loaded clamps that ensure a secure, leak-free connection under high-boost conditions. These tubes facilitate greater cooling capacity, lower exhaust gas temperatures, and increased boost retention, making them an ideal upgrade for performance enthusiasts.

Designed for 2010-2012 Ram 6.7L Cummins diesel trucks, these OEM replacement boost tubes are compatible with stock or aftermarket intercoolers and can be used with the stock elbow or Banks Monster-Ram (3.5" or 4"). They serve as direct replacements that improve airflow and turbo response, whether for daily driving, towing, or performance applications. The kit includes both cold and hot side tubes, ensuring a perfect fit and maximum performance gains. Suitable for use with the stock inlet and outlet sizes, these boost tubes are ideal for those seeking increased horsepower, lower EGTs, and enhanced engine cooling in their diesel setup.

Overview

Increase flow area up to 65% over the stock boost tubes with Banks' huge 3-1/2" boost tubes. Stock consists of a 3" plastic cold side tube and a 2.75" metal hot side tube. Banks boost tubes are both 3-1/2" constant diameter mandrel bent. More air allows for more fuel which means more horsepower. Are you running the new bad-ass Banks Monster-Ram for the 6.7L Cummins? Banks boost tubes are larger than the factory pipe and designed to work with the stock elbow or new Banks Monster-Ram (3.5" or 4") which will improve airflow, and allow the turbocharger to spool up faster. Banks hot and cold side tubes have up to 65% percent greater flow area than stock tubes. Produced from high-quality aluminized steel, the tubes are mandrel bent and constant diameter. This allows for quicker turbo spool. Better flowing intercooler tubes improve retention of boost pressure (increases density) between turbo, intercooler, and intake resulting in maximum horsepower. Our red powder-coat finish stops before the end of the tubes for better grip ensuring our 4- and 5-ply heavy-duty high-temperature silicone couplers hold tight under high-boost conditions. Spring-loaded constant tension clamps maintain a stronger grip to prevent leaks or blown boots. Key Features: Huge increase in size and flow over stock (3.5 vs 2.75"/3 ). Greater cooling capacity. Lower EGTs. Mandrel-bent aluminized steel construction. Constant diameter tubing for the best flow. Perfect fit and finish. 4- and 5-ply heavy-duty silicone couplers. Spring-loaded constant tension clamps. Combine with Banks 3.5" or 4" Monster Ram for maximum power. Works with stock intercooler or aftermarket intercooler with stock inlet and outlet size and location
