The Borla 20-26 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 7.3L V8 CC SB S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust is a high-performance exhaust system designed to enhance power, sound, and durability for Super Duty trucks. Featuring a 2.75-inch diameter True Dual Cat-Back™ configuration, it incorporates Hydroformed SwitchFire® Technology to eliminate turbulent intersections and blend combustion pulses for improved performance and a custom sound. CNC mandrel bent pipes ensure maximum flow for increased horsepower and torque, while the muffler delivers the classic S-Type sound without drone. Constructed from T-304 stainless steel, it offers superior durability and a Million Mile warranty, with dual tail pipes exiting on the passenger side and available tip options including bright chrome, black chrome, and black coated Brawler styles.

This system is specifically developed for 2020-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with a 7.3L V8 engine and a 160-inch wheelbase, designed for single rear wheel (SRW) configurations. It is a bolt-on upgrade that enhances performance, sound, and style, ideal for street and daily driving applications. Not compatible with dual rear wheel models. The kit includes the full Cat-Back™ system with mandrel bent pipes, muffler, and dual tailpipes with tips. This exhaust system provides a direct replacement for the stock setup, ensuring an accurate fit and maximum flow for improved driving excitement and fuel economy.

Overview

This 2.75" diameter True Dual Cat-Back™ system was developed for use on F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with performance, sound, style and durability in mind. The system features our Hydroformed SwithFire® Technology. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA®'S patented SwitchFire® design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a custom sound. The computer numerical control (CNC) formed mandrel bent pipes ensure maximum flow for horsepower and torque along with an accurate fit. The muffler is specifically designed to deliver the classic S-Type sound without any drone inside the vehicle. The system features dual tail pipes that exit on the passenger side with a single 4.5" round bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tail pipe. Systems with a black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, and black coated Brawler style T-304 stainless steel tips are also available. The system will NOT will fit trucks with dual rear wheels.
