10th Gen Civic Si/Type-R GT Front Big Brake Kit (4-Piston Monobloc Calipers / 345mm Slotted Discs) by Brembo

These kits are designed and tested specifically for car tuning enthusiasts and for who demands a prompt braking from their car. They offer superlative performance for both road use driving as well as for short track sessions. The Brembo GT kits consist of one-piece or composite ventilated discs that can be either drilled or slotted; 4, 6 or 8 piston aluminum calipers; a complete set of high performance pads; metal-braided hoses and high quality hardware.

The aluminum calipers are the kit's heart. Their monobloc version, i.e. machined from an aluminum piece that has been cast in Brembo's foundry, ensures an exceptional stiffness and a limited deformation.

The discs that are provided in the kit have a unique ventilation system that improves the cooling capacity and increases by over 40% the resistance to the cracking that is caused by thermal shock. Additionally, the discs may be floating or one-piece, depending on the car model. The kit also includes a set of high performance pads, DOT approved metal-braided hoses, the adapter and high quality fastening hardware.

The radial-mounted fixed calipers and the oversized discs give the brakes more braking torque and greater thermal capacity. The result is more responsive, decisive braking that can be perceived even during normal road usage but that is also consistent on the simple sections of the track.
