The Camburg Ford Raptor 17-23 KINETIK V2 Performance Billet Uniball Upper Arms are high-performance control arms designed specifically for the 2017-2023 Ford Raptor models, including Gen2 and Gen3 versions with FOX Live Valve electronic suspension. Crafted from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum and finished with bead blasting and Type II anodizing in a durable gold finish, these arms feature a larger FK 1.25" uniball with a PTFE liner for enhanced strength and misalignment capabilities. They are CNC machined in-house to meet strict standards, laser etched with the Camburg logo, and include model-specific spacers for precise fitment. The design increases wheel travel, corrects camber and caster, and eliminates weak factory ball joints, providing a robust upgrade for off-road and performance applications.

These control arms are compatible with 2017-2023 Ford Raptors, including models with electronic suspension systems. They are a direct bolt-on upgrade, suitable for vehicles with 1-3" of lift, and include all necessary hardware for installation. The arms are designed to accommodate larger tires with optional spacers when using factory OEM 17" wheels, and recommend zero offset wheels for optimal performance. Additional camber and caster adjustments are possible using FK 7/8" chromoly heim joints, which resist flexing under hard use. For models with FOX electronic suspension, stainless brackets and a drill template are provided for sensor linkage attachment, ensuring seamless integration. Overview

Our Camburg KINETIK Series billet upper control arms are designed specifically for the 2017-24 Gen2 and Gen3 Ford Raptors, including the 2019+ models with FOX Live Valve electronic suspension. These arms have undergone extensive CAD designing and machining to meet our high standards. They are CNC machined in-house from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, bead blasted, Type II anodized gold, and feature our Camburg logo laser etched. The arms utilize a larger FK 1.25" uniball with a PTFE liner for increased strength and mis-alignment, allowing for maximum wheel travel. Made in the USA, these arms are superior to cheaper imports. The uniball is adapted to the spindle/knuckle using model specific spacers machined from heat-treated stainless steel, ensuring a precise fit without the need for drilling or modifications. The 1.25" uniball allows for a larger and stronger 9/16" 12 point bolt with a low profile press-on uniball cap to resist the elements. Additional camber and caster adjustment is possible with the use of larger and stronger FK 7/8" chromoly heim joints, which also eliminate flexing/deflection under hard use and braking without binding. AN/Mil-spec hardware, including a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut, ensures secure attachment of the heim joint. For 2019+ models with a position sensor incorporated into the FOX electronic suspension, stainless brackets are provided to attach to our arms for the sensor linkage, along with a drill template for proper positioning. The installation process is simple. The new V2 design of these control arms increases usable wheel travel, corrects camber and caster, and eliminates weak factory ball-joints. All necessary hardware is included for installation, and the arms are designed for 1-3" of lift. When using the factory OEM 17" wheels, a 1/4" - 3/8" wheel spacer may be required when running larger tires than stock. We recommend zero offset wheels (5.00" backspacing) when running larger tires than stock.
