The Camburg Toyota Tacoma Pre/4WD 05-23, 4-Runner 03-23, and FJ 07-14 1.25in Uniball Upper Arms are high-performance suspension components designed to enhance off-road and lifted vehicle capabilities. These upper arms replace the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.25-inch uni-ball bearing, increasing wheel travel and providing greater strength and durability under extreme conditions. They are engineered to improve suspension performance by building more caster and adjusting the camber curve, resulting in correct alignment, better handling, and improved driving characteristics. Manufactured in-house using advanced CAD/CAM software and precision laser scanning, these arms are CNC laser cut, bent, MIG welded, and powder-coated for corrosion resistance. All machined parts, including mis-alignment spacers from heat-treated stainless steel, are produced internally to ensure strict quality control and optimal performance.

Designed specifically for 2005–2023 Toyota Tacoma, 2003–2023 4-Runner, and 2007–2014 FJ Cruiser models, these upper arms are a direct bolt-on upgrade for lifted or off-road vehicles. They are suitable for off-road, trail, and aggressive driving applications, providing increased wheel travel and improved suspension geometry. Installation involves replacing the OEM upper arms with these reinforced units, ensuring proper fitment and alignment. The kit includes the upper arms and all necessary components for installation. These arms are ideal for enthusiasts seeking enhanced suspension durability, increased articulation, and improved handling in demanding off-road conditions.

Overview

When lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and hold back your suspensions performance. Our Camburg upper arms address these issues and more. Replacing the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing we’re able to gain wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We build more caster and change the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling. Using the latest CAD/CAM engineering software we design these arms to the strictest standards using our FARO laser scan arm to model the OEM parts and frames. Manufactured in-house, we have the tubes CNC laser cut and bent, then are MIG welded in precision fixtures before sending out to be sandblasted and powder-coated. Our in-house CNC machine shop makes all the machined parts including the uniball mis-alignment spacers from heat-treated stainless steel. We pride ourselves in producing the best parts available under our own roof and control.
