This clutch kit is designed for race use only. Be advised if driven on the street, this clutch will chatter! The clutch kit is a dual diaphragm, twin plate setups that will increase pedal pressure! The clutches ability to feel aggressive and respond with positive engagement comes from a compressed ceramic bronze material increasing its holding capabilities over the FX600. This clutch will feel heavy inside the car because the pressure plate is heavy and dual diaphragm! The engagement is VERY POSITIVE and HARD! The discs will require break in time. Clutch Masters twin plate systems are pure racing technology that also work well in high performance street applications. They are designed to hold temendous horsepower and torque ratings, while retaining a very smooth operation. By using a smaller diameter clutch assembly, Clutch Masters twin plate systems have a reduced rotational mass, meaning quicker and smoother shifting and WAY BETTER THROTTLE RESPONSE! This unit includes an aluminum flywheel that is specially designed to keep rotational weight down requiring less rotational energy to spin the assembly!
