The Clutch Masters Lightweight Steel Flywheel for the 1993–1998 Toyota Supra is a high-performance component designed to enhance engine response and acceleration. Constructed from lightweight steel, this flywheel reduces rotational mass, resulting in quicker throttle response and improved power delivery. Its design maintains durability and strength while minimizing the stress on the vehicle's crankshaft thrust bearing, which is critical for maintaining clutch longevity and preventing premature wear. By offering a balance of performance and reliability, this flywheel supports aggressive driving and track use without compromising safety or drivability.
This flywheel is specifically engineered for the 1993–1998 Toyota Supra models, ensuring a precise fit for vehicles equipped with compatible manual transmissions. It is intended as a direct replacement for the stock flywheel, providing an upgrade for enthusiasts seeking improved engine responsiveness. Installation involves bolt-on mounting, making it suitable for both street and track applications. The kit includes the lightweight steel flywheel itself, designed to work seamlessly with existing clutch components, and is ideal for performance-oriented street driving, racing, or spirited driving scenarios where enhanced throttle response and durability are desired.

Lightweight Steel Flywheel by Clutch Masters
Many of the traditional high-performance aftermarket clutch kits can cause excessively increased pedal pressure. Such action places an unsafe amount of pressure on the delicate crankshaft thrust bearing found in a number of today?s sport compact vehicles. Clutch Masters' design team knows that placing undue stress on the thrust bearing causes it to prematurely wear or completely fail, leading to missed shifts, damaged clutch parts, and internal engine damage. This is where the unique Clutch Masters clutch system comes in. Clutch Masters uses Hi-Leverage technology in its pressure plates, which significantly increases clamping force without an unnecessary rise in pedal pressure. Discs are designed either with reduced Marcel or a solid hub design to take advantage of the company's Hi-Leverage pressure plate. The combination of these advanced technologies creates the finest clutch system available on the market today. Clutch Masters flywheels are designed and tested to ensure the safety and quality of every flywheel. Made from 6061 T6 billet aluminum, 1045 or 4140 billet steel. SFI Certified meeting performance standards for the automotive and motorsport industry.
