The Cognito 20-25 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500HD 2.0 IFP Front & Rear Leveling Shock Kit is a set of high-performance aluminum shocks designed to enhance both on-road comfort and off-road capability. These rebuildable shocks are specifically tuned for these trucks, offering improved damping performance and increased suspension travel. The shocks feature a gas-charged design with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) that separates gas from oil, preventing aeration and ensuring consistent damping. Constructed with hard anodized aluminum for heat dissipation and corrosion resistance, the shocks include vulcanized upper bar pins and bushings for OEM-like mounting quality. The front shocks are properly sized to maximize suspension travel by adding 35% more droop travel without binding key suspension components, making them ideal for demanding driving conditions.
Designed for 2020 to 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and 3500HD models, these shocks are a direct bolt-on upgrade for trucks equipped with the stock suspension. They are suitable for both street and off-road use, providing enhanced control, stability, and confidence in various terrains. The kit includes front and rear shocks, engineered to fit these specific models without modification. Perfect for owners seeking improved ride quality, increased suspension travel, and reliable performance during daily driving or off-road adventures, this shock kit ensures a durable and effective upgrade for heavy-duty trucks.

Overview
Front and rear Cognito 2.0 IFP aluminum shocks, rebuildable and tuned specifically for these trucks providing on-road comfort and control with the ability to venture off-road more confidently. Proper length front shocks to maximize suspension travel without binding tie rods, lower ball joints, and cv axles (front suspension droop limiter is the front shock). The specific length of front shock used adds 35% more travel (down/droop travel). To provide consistent damping performance, the shocks are gas charged using the highest quality oil with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) separating the gas from the oil preventing aeration of the oil that is a characteristic of non-gas charged shocks. A vulcanized upper bar pin and bushing is pressed in the shock end cap to provide OEM like mounting quality. Hard anodized aluminum body, end cap, and seal head are used for heat dissipation and corrosion resistance.
