DBA 5000 Series flat discs are designed specifically to replace just the rotor ring in DBA and other popular two-piece rotor configurations. They are available in multiple slot, drill, and dimple designs and various vent designs as well.

• T3 Slot 48 precision CNC machined slots - Tri-symmertrical curve slots dampen vibration harmonics (noise) and increases the number of out-gassing exit points
• Kangaroo Paw – 144 diamond and tear drop pillar ventilation system increases surface area resulting in greater heat dissipation
• XG150 High Carbon Alloyed Iron - Special formulation designed to increase thermal capacity
• Thermographic Temperature Monitoring - Heat paint markings change color at certain thresholds and permanently changes when those thresholds are exceeded
• Paint protection on non-friction areas - reduces corrosion and enhances appearance
