The EBC RK Series Premium Rear Rotors are high-quality OE replacement brake rotors designed specifically for the 1997-2005 Acura NSX 3.2. Crafted from durable gray iron, these rotors are engineered to meet or surpass factory specifications, ensuring reliable performance and longevity. They are machined within extremely tight tolerances of less than 0.05 millimeters to guarantee precise fitment and optimal braking response. The rotors feature an anodized layer that provides corrosion resistance, while the contact area with brake pads is designed to ensure consistent thermal management, reduce brake noise, vibration, and uneven wear. Sold in pairs, these rotors offer a direct replacement option that restores original braking performance with enhanced durability and quality control.

Designed for 1997-2005 Acura NSX models, these rotors are suitable for vehicles equipped with 302x23mm rear brake systems. They are intended for street use, providing reliable stopping power and heat dissipation during daily driving or spirited driving sessions. Installation is straightforward as they are OE replacement parts, fitting directly onto the existing hub assembly without modifications. The kit includes two rotors, ensuring a complete rear brake overhaul. These rotors are ideal for enthusiasts seeking to maintain or restore factory-level braking performance with high-quality components that meet strict manufacturing standards.

Overview

This replacement brake rotor is sized and shaped to OE factory dimensions with the strictest quality controls and machined to be within extremely tight tolerances of less than 0.05 millimeters. High quality "gray" iron meets or exceeds factory original specifications regarding thermal buildup, brake noise, vibration, and wear. The anodized layer is designed to disappear in the area that the brake pads contact the rotor.Features:

  • Sized and shaped to original equipment specifications with extremely tight tolerances
  • Designed to meet or reduce factory levels of heat buildup, brake noise, vibration, and wear
  • Recommended by EBC for use with EBC Ultimax and Yellowstuff pads
  • Black GEOMET™ and NITROTHERM™ anti-corrosive finish
  • Recommended by EBC for normal street driving, high-performance street driving, truck or SUV use, drifting, and short track runs
  • High quality "gray" iron features a higher carbon content to reduce brake shudder, heat cracking, and high-frequency vibrations which cause squealing
  • EBC recommends a 500-mile break-in period with lighter braking application

Benefits:

  • Perfect for non-aggressive driving
  • Ensure quiet operation
  • Offers low dust and long pad life
  • More resistant to warping or cracking
Why pay dealership prices that are marked up 100% when you can purchase EBC high-quality Premium OE Replacement Rotors for less? Unlike cheaper, inferior replacement rotor that may look identical to original equipment, EBC builds these to match original factory dimensions and machines them to extremely tight tolerances. But they did not stop there. EBC has applied their engineering expertise to create an iron compound that exceeds the quality of most original material blends, so these rotor actually improve on factory levels of heat buildup, brake noise, vibration, and wear. A higher percentage of carbon and silicone is present which leads to the formation of graphite during the curing process. When graphite is present, the rotor itself takes on qualities of a denser, softer material. Heat is more evenly dispersed to reduce warping, cracks are less likely, and vibration-related noise is greatly reduced. Premium OE Replacement Rotors is anodized for corrosion resistance, and rotor should be fully ready for performance driving after a 500-mile break-in period.
