The Fleece Performance 11-16 GM 2500/3500 Duramax LML CP3 Conversion Kit is a high-performance upgrade designed to enhance the reliability and fueling capacity of the LML Duramax engine. This kit features a new Bosch CP3 pump with a heavy-duty 10mm cam, along with Fleece-exclusive molded hoses for fuel feed and return, high-flow CP3 fuel fittings, and a valley feed line to support aftermarket lift pump applications. Built with OEM fit-and-finish, the components ensure durability and consistent performance, reducing the risk of costly failures associated with the original CP4 system. This conversion kit improves fueling efficiency and engine reliability, making it an ideal upgrade for demanding applications.

Designed for 2011–2016 GM 2500 and 3500 Duramax trucks, this kit is suitable for stock applications without a fuel lift pump. It includes a high-pressure fuel line from the CP3 to the rail, high-flow fuel fittings, preformed feed and return lines, a CP3 mounting adapter, dosing injector lines, and a hardware kit. For trucks equipped with a lift pump, the feed pressure should not exceed 2 psi to prevent engine surging, and FCA table adjustments may be necessary for higher pressures. This kit is intended for use in street and towing applications, providing a reliable, bolt-on solution to improve fueling performance and engine longevity.

Since its introduction, the CP4 has proven to be less reliable and less capable than the CP3 used in previous Duramax platforms. Failures of the CP4 are extremely costly and require replacement of the entire fuel system. Our kit provides you with OEM fit-and-finish features like a brand new Bosch CP3 with heavy duty 10mm cam, Fleece exclusive molded hoses for the fuel feed and return, high flow CP3 fuel fittings, and our valley feed line to support aftermarket lift pump applications. For optimal performance, if the truck is equipped with a lift pump, the feed pressure to the CP3 should not exceed 2 psi. Engine surging may be induced by the additional fuel pressure of a lift pump operating at pressures over 2 psi. For higher lift pump pressures, FCA table values will require adjustment.
