The HKS CT9A 03-06 Evolution 8/9 Hipermax R Coilovers are the result of meticulous engineering and relentless testing. This kit not only includes new parts but also harnesses the knowledge cultivated by HKS over the years. It's designed to elevate your Evolution's ride quality to extraordinary levels, going beyond what conventional dampers can offer.
At HKS, we leave no stone unturned. Testing at the iconic Fuji Speedway involved comprehensive evaluations, including the impact of bonded bracket bushings on the front and rear stabilizers. When adjusting ride height from stock conditions, the stabilizer's ability to absorb bush reaction forces becomes critical. We've rigorously tested three stabilizer settings, including the stock stabilizer with bonded bushings, stabilizer with detachable bushing, and the option to run without a stabilizer.
The test vehicle used was the "S Special Package" model, and we even adopted a strut tower bar from the "NR-A" model for additional testing. At Fuji Speedway, adjustments can be tailored to your preference, with five notches available for both front and rear tightening sides.
By installing front and rear retainers, we've minimized rate changes while compressing the spring and suppressed abrupt movement changes, ensuring a smoother and more controlled ride.
While our testing was conducted at a specific vehicle height, please note that interference with the inner fender may occur depending on factors such as tire size, model, or suspension alignment. Be sure to consider these factors when installing the HKS CT9A 03-06 Evolution 8/9 Hipermax R Coilovers.
Elevate your Evolution's suspension to a new level of performance with the HKS CT9A 03-06 Evolution 8/9 Hipermax R Coilovers. Order now and experience the evolution of HKS engineering!

Adjustable range (However, the lowest value may not be road legal.Even within the adjustable range, car body, arm etc. may contact. In such case, it will be hard to drive.Damper oil leakage or any other problems caused by low ride height setting from the factory setting will void the warranty of the product.)*4. Drivable range that there is no contact of car body or arms etc. (However, change of tire/wheel size may cause a problem.)Caution). Actual data depends on each vehicle.
