โถ Vehicle Fitments
This HKS DCT Cooler Kit is exclusively engineered for the 2007-2010 R35 models, featuring an advanced oil cooling system for the GR6 dual-clutch transmission. Designed to maintain a stable shifting experience from intense circuit sessions to everyday city driving, it offers reliable protection for both the clutch and transmission. This cooler kit not only enhances cooling efficiency but also ensures consistent oil temperature, promoting smooth shifting across different driving conditions. By managing peak oil temperatures, it extends the oil life cycle and further reduces maximum water temperatures, contributing to overall engine and transmission longevity.
Remark
ใปMT oil is required separately. (Approx. 2L additional) ใปFront bumper will be modified (duct section) ใปWasher pump harness must be extended. (0.5SQ 250mm x 2 required separately) ใปWasher fluid volume will be 1L compared to the OEM 1.5L. ใปWasher fluid volume sensor cannot be installed. (No warning displayed) ใปThe operating sound of the MT oil pump (OEM) will be easier to hear.
Application
- GT-R R35ย (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010)
Features
- The oil cooler core is located on the front left fenderย to ensure maximum cooling performanceย .
- The core is equipped withย a dedicated air duct (made of FRP)ย for efficient cooling.
- #10 size piping is usedย to minimize changes in pipeline resistance and ensure sufficient oil flow to the core.
- A new oil extraction attachment has been designed specifically for the GR6ย . The genuine heat exchanger and HKS thermostat are incorporated into the system, stabilizing the oil temperature in a short time even during cold starts. The poor shift feeling at low temperatures is kept to a minimum (same as genuine).
- In tests conducted by professional drivers on the Fuji Speedway course,ย it was confirmed thatย continuous laps were possible with a maximum oil temperature of 127ยฐC . At the same time, it was confirmed that the water temperatureย dropped by up to 5ยฐCย . (In the normal version, the temperature reached 135ยฐC after 5 laps, and the test was stopped.)
