The HKS SUPER SQV (Sequential Blow-Off Valve) utilizes an innovative two-stage sequential valve structure, incorporating both primary and secondary valves for precise control. Its differential pressure control system allows for seamless pressure management across a wide operating range, from low to high boost. Unlike conventional blow-off valves, the HKS SQV features a unique "relief-less operation system," which minimizes pressure relief at high boost levels. This design enhances charge response during repeated throttle ON/OFF cycles, ensuring optimal performance without compromising boost pressure. Features
Blow-off valves are placed on both banks of the VR30DDTT engine, quickly releasing unnecessary boost pressure from each turbocharger, reducing their load (when the throttle is off).
Hoses between the turbocharger and intercooler are replaced with dedicated 4-ply silicone hoses for the SQV4, strengthening the hose section.
All parts except the SQV4 main body are in black to highlight the SQV4.
The return hose uses a dedicated molded silicone hose, fitting snugly in the engine bay.
