HKS Super Power Flow Intake - Mazda Rx-7 91-02

HKS® Super Hybrid Air Filter. A three-layered filter divides, gathers, and smoothes air movement. It offers the rapid response required by sport filters. The first layer that gathers big particles is a newly created non-woven cloth. Small dust is collected by the second layer polyurethane filter. As a result, the improved filter has a longer lifespan. Each layer's connecting was modified from flame lamination to net type joining, which has no effect on intake air flow. Dry 3 layer construction offers lesser resistance.

FEATURES

• Frame Support - Adapts to the aluminum rear plate and secures the super stealth frame. It also acts as a guide for attaching the filter to the hemispherical surface, which improves maintainability by allowing for easier filter change.
• Super Inner Frame - The inner frame's cross section is streamlined, with 16 frames parabolically oriented towards the center. A simple lightweight frame design allows for more even air flow.
• Super power flow with 3-layer dry polyurethane filter - The 3-layer dry polyurethane filter delivers high air intake efficiency, dust filtering, and long product life. (A wet type 2 layer exchange filter can be utilized as well.)
• Super Lip Funnel - "Super Lip Funnel" is the distinguishing feature of HKS intake.
