The ICON Delta Joint Kit is a heavy-duty high-angle ball joint designed for 2004 and newer Ford F-150 models and 2009 and newer Ram 1500 trucks. It combines the robustness of a traditional ball joint with the performance benefits of a uniball, providing increased articulation and durability. Constructed with a zinc-plated housing for corrosion resistance and a grease seal to prevent contamination, this joint ensures long-lasting, noise-free operation. Its metal-on-metal design and greaseable feature enhance longevity, making it suitable for demanding off-road and performance applications while maintaining reliability in daily driving conditions.
This kit is compatible with 2004+ Ford F-150 and 2009+ Ram 1500 models, offering a direct replacement for factory components. It is intended for use in off-road, performance, and daily driving scenarios where increased angularity and durability are desired. The kit includes the necessary components for installation on compatible vehicles, serving as an upgrade to improve control arm articulation and overall suspension performance. Designed to withstand harsh elements, the Delta Joint is ideal for enthusiasts seeking a robust, high-performance solution for their trucks.

Overview
ICON’s Delta Joint is a heavy-duty high-angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball. While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements. The Delta Joint’s zinc plated housing provides the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greaseable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while also allowing for noise-free operation. What makes the Delta Joint unique is that it brings the best of both worlds to ICON upper control arms with features that make it more robust than a uniball, and capable of greater angularity than a typical ball joint.
