The ICON Delta Joint Kit is a heavy-duty high-angle ball joint designed for improved durability and performance in off-road and daily driving applications. Combining the robustness of a traditional ball joint with the articulation capabilities of a uniball, this joint features a zinc-plated housing that offers excellent corrosion resistance. Its tough grease seal prevents harmful elements from entering, while the metal-on-metal construction and greaseable design enhance longevity and ensure noise-free operation. This innovative joint provides greater angularity than standard ball joints, making it a robust upgrade for demanding conditions.
Designed for 2005 and newer Toyota Tacoma, 2007 and newer Toyota Tundra, 2016 and newer Nissan Titan XD, and 2019 and newer GM 1500 models, this kit is a direct replacement for factory components. It is suitable for off-road, daily driving, and performance applications, offering increased articulation and durability. The kit includes the necessary components for installation on compatible vehicles, ensuring a reliable upgrade that enhances control arm performance and longevity in challenging environments.

Overview
ICON’s Delta Joint is a heavy-duty high-angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball. While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements. The Delta Joint’s zinc plated housing provides the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greaseable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while also allowing for noise-free operation. What makes the Delta Joint unique is that it brings the best of both worlds to ICON upper control arms with features that make it more robust than a uniball, and capable of greater angularity than a typical ball joint.
