The ICON Delta Joint Kit is a heavy-duty high-angle ball joint designed for 2005 and newer Toyota Tacoma models and 2007 and newer Toyota Tundra models. It combines the durability of a traditional ball joint with the performance benefits of a uniball, allowing for greater articulation and angularity. Constructed with a zinc-plated housing for corrosion resistance and a grease seal to protect against harmful elements, this joint features metal-on-metal construction and a greaseable design that enhances longevity and ensures noise-free operation. Its robust build makes it suitable for demanding off-road and performance applications, providing improved control arm articulation and durability over standard components.
This retrofit kit is compatible with non-ICON upper control arms on Toyota Tacoma and Tundra trucks from 2005+ and 2007+ respectively. It is intended for use in off-road, daily driving, and performance scenarios where increased articulation and durability are desired. The kit includes the Delta Joint and necessary hardware for installation, serving as a direct replacement or upgrade for stock joints. Designed to withstand harsh elements and high-angle demands, this joint enhances vehicle capability and reliability in challenging conditions.

Overview
ICON’s Delta Joint is a heavy-duty high-angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball. While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements. The Delta Joint’s zinc plated housing provides the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greaseable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while also allowing for noise-free operation. What makes the Delta Joint unique is that it brings the best of both worlds to Non-ICON upper control arms with features that make it more robust than a uniball, and capable of greater angularity than a typical ball joint.
