The ICON Stage 8 Suspension System for 2010 and newer Toyota FJ Cruiser and 4Runner models is a high-performance upgrade designed for serious off-road enthusiasts and demanding drivers. It features vehicle-specific tuned, extended travel 2.5-inch coilover shocks with CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs, providing exceptional cooling and damping control. The system includes coil springs engineered for superior vehicle feel across the travel range, along with externally adjustable CDC valves offering 10 levels of compression damping. Height adjustability from 0 to 3.5 inches over stock allows for larger, more aggressive wheel and tire setups. Durable tubular Delta Joint upper control arms help retain factory alignment, increase caster, and improve wheel alignment at lift height, while tubular steel upper and lower links with low-maintenance bushings enhance strength and adjustability for optimal pinion angle. Rear coil springs provide 2 inches of lift for a level stance, complemented by an adjustable rear track bar for proper axle alignment and articulation. The 2.5-inch Aluminum Series Omega bypass remote reservoir shocks deliver outstanding off-road performance and street comfort with 28 settings of compression and rebound adjustment.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner and 2010-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on and off-road. This Stage 8 system includes vehicle-specific tuned, extended travel 2.5” coilover shocks featuring CDCV equipped remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. The ICON CDC Valve is an externally adjustable valve that restricts oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges. These coilovers are also height adjustable for 0-3.5” of front lift over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Tubular Delta Joint upper control arms not only add strength and durability, but help retain factory alignment specs, increasing caster over stock and allow proper wheel alignment at the lift height this system provides. ICON's tubular steel upper and lower links are much stronger than the OE units, feature a low maintenance multi-durometer bushing, and can be adjusted for optimum pinion angle. ICON rear coil springs deliver on-road comfort and superior off-road performance with 2” of rear lift height over stock for a level stance front to rear. An adjustable rear track bar is included to provide proper rear axle alignment, improve articulation, and ensure fitment on KDSS equipped 4Runners.
