The ICON 2024+ Toyota Tacoma Stage 5 Suspension System is a high-performance coilover upgrade designed for serious off-road and on-road driving. Built with vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks featuring CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs, this system enhances wheel travel, damping ability, and vehicle control. The remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation, reducing the risk of overheating and cavitation during hard use. Externally adjustable CDC Valves provide ten levels of compression damping force, allowing fine-tuning for various terrains. The height-adjustable coilovers offer a lift range of 1.25 to 3 inches, enabling larger wheel and tire setups. The kit also includes front differential drop brackets and polyurethane differential bushings to maximize suspension travel and minimize differential movement under load, ensuring durability and performance.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road. This Stage 5 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks featuring CDCV equipped remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. The included ICON CDC Valves are externally adjustable valves that restricts oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges. These coilovers are also height adjustable from 1.25-3” of front lift height over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The combination of front differential drop brackets and ICON’s specifically designed coilover lengths maximizes the available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind. Additionally, polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to help limit differential movement under load.
