The ICON 98-07 Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series/Lexus LX470 Stage 2 Suspension System is a high-performance shock upgrade designed to enhance suspension travel and control for lifted vehicles. Featuring a unique 2.5-inch diameter shock with remote reservoirs at both front and rear, this system ensures consistent damping performance and cooler operating temperatures during extended off-road use. Constructed with aluminum reservoirs, heavy-duty upper stem bushings, and lower spherical rod end bearings, it minimizes deflection and provides precise suspension control under high loads. This kit is engineered to handle the demands of 0-3 inches of lift, making it ideal for off-road enthusiasts seeking maximum suspension performance and durability.
Designed specifically for the 1998-2007 Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series and Lexus LX470, this Stage 2 suspension system is a bolt-on upgrade that requires aftermarket upper control arms for lift adjustments. It addresses the compact torsion bar IFS front suspension, offering improved ride quality, stability, and off-road capability. Suitable for off-road use and vehicle customization, the kit enhances suspension travel and damping consistency, ensuring reliable performance in demanding conditions. Installation involves replacing existing shocks with this system, providing a direct upgrade for those seeking increased lift and superior suspension control.

Overview
The 1998 - 2007 Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series has a compact torsion bar IFS front suspension, and requires a lot of work to be done in a small space. When lift is added via torsion bar adjustment there is even more spring energy that must be absorbed to adequately control the vehicle. Keeping this in mind, those looking to achieve 0-3" of lift (aftermarket upper control required) can install the Stage 2 shock system for maximum suspension travel and performance. ICON engineers have developed a unique 2.5” diameter shock system, with remote reservoirs front and rear, that can handle these demands. 2.5 Aluminum Series reservoir shocks front and rear ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during extended off-road use. With a lower spherical rod end bearing and heavy-duty upper stem bushings, deflection is kept to a minimum for precise control of the suspension even under high loads.
