The Skyjacker 21-23 Jeep Wrangler 4XE (JL) 2.5in Component Box with Dual Rate Long Travel Coil Springs is a high-performance suspension upgrade designed to enhance off-road articulation and ride quality. Engineered with a progressive, two-stage dual rate coil spring, it features a Flex Rate for improved comfort and increased flex during full articulation, ensuring the coil springs stay seated and the tires maintain contact with uneven terrain. The kit includes bump stop spacers that bolt onto axle bump pads to control suspension travel and prevent over-compression. Extended length sway bar end links with OEM-style rubber bushings allow full droop articulation, maintaining proper suspension geometry and ensuring the Electronic Stability Control system functions within factory parameters.
This coil spring kit is specifically designed for 2021–2023 Jeep Wrangler 4XE models (JL chassis) with a 2.5-inch lift. It is a bolt-on upgrade that coordinates with the vehicle’s distinctive suspension handling characteristics, providing increased off-road capability while maintaining on-road comfort. The rear coils are side-specific for optimal performance. The kit includes the dual rate coil springs, bump stop spacers, and extended sway bar end links, making it suitable for off-road enthusiasts seeking improved articulation and durability without compromising factory safety systems. Proper installation ensures enhanced suspension performance for off-road adventures and daily driving alike.

Overview
Skyjacker specifically engineered a progressive variable rate coil spring, distinctively a 2-stage dual rate long travel coil. Spring rate progression is from a 1st Flex Rate to a 2nd Ride Rate. The 1st Flex Rate stage delivers a comfortable ride with the ability to flex for increased articulation. The flex rate expands during full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop). This keeps the coil springs seated in the upper coil mount/bucket and the tires in contact with the terrain. The 2nd Ride Rate stage only engages after compression past the flex rate. Engineered to coordinate with the Wrangler's distinctive suspension handling characteristics, the rear coils are side specific. Front and Rear Bump Stop Spacers bolt onto the axle bump pads and keep the suspension travel safely in check. Front and Rear Extended Length Sway Bar End Links allow full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop). These sway bar end links include Skyjacker installed pressed-in HD OEM style rubber bushings. Proper suspension geometry ensures the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system functions within factory parameters.
