The Skyjacker H7000 Hydro Shocks Rear Pair are high-quality shock absorbers designed to improve vehicle stability and ride comfort for 2006-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 RWD models. These shocks feature true velocity sensitive valving, which helps control suspension movement by managing the compression (bump) and rebound (extension) of the springs. Constructed with durable materials, they are engineered to absorb shocks from bumps and rough terrain, reducing stress on the suspension system and enhancing overall handling. The package includes two shocks, along with all necessary washers, bushings, and nuts for a straightforward installation that reuses factory hardware. Backed by a manufacturer limited lifetime warranty, these shocks provide long-lasting performance and reliability.
Designed specifically for rear-wheel-drive Dodge Ram 1500 models at factory height or with up to a 1-inch rear lift, these shocks are compatible with vehicles that have no suspension modifications or minor lift systems. They exclude MegaCab models, which require front shocks, and are intended for direct bolt-on replacement to improve ride quality and off-road capability. The kit includes all essential components for installation, ensuring a secure fit and optimal performance. Ideal for daily driving, off-road adventures, or towing, these hydro shocks help maintain vehicle stability and control under various driving conditions.

Skyjacker Hydro Shocks offers you a high quality shock absorber with true velocity sensitive valving. Shock absorbers, or spring dampers, control the rate at which suspension springs compress and rebound. As the shock is pushed together, this is called bump or compression. As the shock expands, this is called rebound or extension. Absorbing the shock of bumps and suspension loading is actually performed by the springs in the suspension. The shocks real job is controlling the energy stored in the springs.
