The Skyjacker H7000 Hydro Shocks Rear Pair are high-performance shock absorbers designed for 4WD Toyota 4Runner models from 1996 to 2002. These shocks feature true velocity sensitive valving, which enhances control over suspension movement by precisely regulating compression and rebound. Constructed to withstand demanding off-road conditions, they are built with durable materials and include factory hardware for straightforward installation. The shocks are engineered to control the energy stored in suspension springs, providing improved ride quality, stability, and handling. With a lifetime warranty, Skyjacker ensures long-lasting performance and reliability, making these shocks an excellent upgrade for off-road enthusiasts and daily drivers alike.
Designed specifically for 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner 4WD models at factory height or with up to 2.5 inches of rear lift, these shocks are a direct bolt-on replacement using existing factory hardware, including washers, bushings, and nuts. They are intended for vehicles with no suspension modifications or those with minor lift systems, ensuring compatibility and ease of installation. The kit includes two shock absorbers optimized for off-road and on-road use, providing superior damping control to improve ride comfort and vehicle stability under load or rough terrain. These shocks are ideal for off-road adventures, towing, or enhancing overall vehicle performance in challenging conditions.

Skyjacker Hydro Shocks offers you a high quality shock absorber with true velocity sensitive valving. Shock absorbers, or spring dampers, control the rate at which suspension springs compress and rebound. As the shock is pushed together, this is called bump or compression. As the shock expands, this is called rebound or extension. Absorbing the shock of bumps and suspension loading is actually performed by the springs in the suspension. The shocks real job is controlling the energy stored in the springs.
