The Skyjacker H7000 Hydro Shocks Rear Pair is a high-performance suspension component designed for 4WD Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models with a 4-6 inch rear lift. These shock absorbers feature true velocity sensitive valving, providing precise control over suspension movement to improve ride quality and handling. Constructed with durable materials, they are extended length shocks tailored specifically for lifted systems, helping to absorb bumps and manage suspension energy effectively. The package includes two shocks, factory hardware, washers, bushings, and nuts for a straightforward installation, reusing factory shock mounting bolts. Backed by a manufacturer limited lifetime warranty, these shocks offer long-term reliability and protection against defects and premature failure, making them a robust upgrade for off-road or lifted applications.
Designed for 2007-2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4WD models with front struts and a rear lift of 4-6 inches, these shocks are compatible only with 4WD vehicles and are not suitable for "Classic" Silverado/Sierra 1500 models or HD variants. They are intended for off-road, lifted, or heavy-duty use, providing enhanced damping performance to control suspension spring compression and rebound. The shocks are a direct bolt-on replacement, utilizing factory hardware for installation, and are ideal for off-road enthusiasts or those seeking improved suspension control for lifted trucks. The kit includes two shocks and all necessary mounting components, ensuring a secure fit and reliable performance in demanding conditions.

Skyjacker Hydro Shocks offers you a high quality shock absorber with true velocity sensitive valving. Shock absorbers, or spring dampers, control the rate at which suspension springs compress and rebound. As the shock is pushed together, this is called bump or compression. As the shock expands, this is called rebound or extension. Absorbing the shock of bumps and suspension loading is actually performed by the springs in the suspension. The shocks real job is controlling the energy stored in the springs.
