The Skyjacker Leaf Spring CCR25S is a performance suspension component designed for the 2007 Isuzu i-370. Constructed with American steel, these Softride springs feature shot-peened individual leafs with hard steel pellets at high velocities, which enhances the surface compression and increases tensile strength. This process allows for maximum wheel travel and improved ride quality while maintaining spring longevity. The springs utilize bolt-style spring clips that eliminate friction, unlike other designs that use bend clips causing binding and friction. Additionally, the springs taper along their entire length, providing more flex at the leaf ends, which distributes loads more evenly and reduces the risk of leaf dig-in, resulting in a smoother, more durable ride.
These leaf springs are a direct replacement for the stock suspension on the 2007 Isuzu i-370, making them suitable for off-road, towing, or heavy-duty applications. Designed specifically for this model year, they serve as an upgrade to enhance load capacity and ride performance. Installation is straightforward as a bolt-on component, and they are intended for use on vehicles equipped with the original leaf spring setup. These springs are ideal for drivers seeking increased durability, better load distribution, and improved ride quality in demanding driving conditions.

Overview
Overview
Softride(R) springs use only American steel and the individual leafs of each spring are shot-peened with hard steel pellets at very high velocities. This shot-peening compresses the surface of the steel thereby increasing the tensile strength of the spring. Without this shot-peening procedure, the maximum wheel travel and ride quality could not be achieved without sacrificing the life of the spring. Softride(R) springs use bolt style spring clips, eliminating friction. Other spring designs use the c in. style bend clips which bend tightly over the spring leafs causing binding and friction. Skyjacker(R) Softride(R) springs taper over the entire length of the leaf creating more flex at the leaf ends. This tapering distributes loads more evenly over a greater area and reduces the tendency for one leaf to dig into the leaf above it.
