It securely holds genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps, available in flow rates of 450LPH or 470LPH, providing reliable, high-output fuel delivery. The assembly includes Viton chemical-resistant O-rings for a leak-free fit and is compatible with E85 and other harsh fuels, making it suitable for demanding performance applications. Designed to replace the factory fuel hat, it retains factory features such as the fuel level sender, EVAP system, and filler neck, offering a straightforward upgrade for increased fuel capacity and reliability.

This fuel hat is intended for use on GM half-ton trucks from 2005 to 2018, fitting various models with return-style fuel systems. It is compatible with gasoline, ethanol blends (E10, E85, E98), but not with methanol. The assembly features female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports, with optional 90-degree swivel adapters sold separately for line routing customization. These billet hats receive a black anodized finish for the ultimate durability and corrosion resistance, making them compatible with E85 and other harsh fuels. Snow fuel hats completely replace your factory fuel hat/bucket for an easy installation, retaining your factory tank features including, the OE fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, filler neck, and if equipped with saddle style tanks, the fuel transfer pump functionality. Snow fuel hats feature female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports. 90 degree swivel adapter fittings are sold separately to adapt to your desired combination of 10AN, 8AN or 6AN lines.
