The Snow Performance 05-18 GM Half Ton Truck Fuel Hat - Triple Pump - Race is a high-performance fuel delivery upgrade designed for GM half-ton trucks from 2005 to 2018. Constructed from 6061 billet aluminum with a black anodized finish, this fuel hat features a CNC machined manifold with passages that eliminate the need for T-fittings, hoses, and clamps, reducing potential leak points and deterioration. It securely holds genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps, available in flow rates of 450LPH or 470LPH, and is compatible with E85, ethanol blends, and gasoline. Designed as a direct replacement for factory fuel hats, this assembly fits 2005-2018 GM half-ton trucks with factory fuel tanks, including those with saddle-style tanks and transfer pump functionality. It retains factory features such as the fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, and filler neck. The kit supports a configurable setup with two or three pumps and features female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports, with optional 90-degree swivel adapters sold separately. These billet hats receive a black anodized finish for the ultimate durability and corrosion resistance, making them compatible with E85 and other harsh fuels. Snow fuel hats completely replace your factory fuel hat/bucket for an easy installation, retaining your factory tank features including, the OE fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, filler neck, and if equipped with saddle style tanks, the fuel transfer pump functionality. Snow fuel hats feature female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports. 90 degree swivel adapter fittings are sold separately to adapt to your desired combination of 10AN, 8AN or 6AN lines.
