The Snow Performance Universal Multi Pump Fuel Hat is a high-output fuel system upgrade designed to replace factory fuel hats in vehicles with 15-20 gallon tanks and a 9.72-inch depth. Constructed from CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum with a black anodized finish, it offers durability, corrosion resistance, and compatibility with E85 and other harsh fuels. The fuel hat features a billet aluminum manifold with CNC passages, eliminating the need for T-fittings, hoses, and clamps, which enhances reliability and simplifies installation. It securely holds genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps, available in flow rates of 450LPH or 470LPH, configured with two or three pumps for high performance. Designed for return-style systems, it guarantees a leak-free fit with Viton O-rings and features female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports, with optional swivel adapters sold separately.
This fuel hat is a direct replacement for factory units, compatible with vehicles that have a factory fuel tank featuring an OE fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, filler neck, and saddle tank transfer pump if applicable. It is suitable for use in street, track, or high-performance applications requiring reliable multi-pump setups. Installation involves replacing the factory fuel hat/bucket, retaining existing tank features, and configuring the pumps as needed. The system is designed exclusively for return-style fuel systems and is compatible with gasoline, ethanol blends, but not methanol. These billet hats receive a black anodized finish for the ultimate durability and corrosion resistance, making them compatible with E85 and other harsh fuels. Snow fuel hats completely replace your factory fuel hat/bucket for an easy installation, retaining your factory tank features including, the OE fuel level sending unit, EVAP system, filler neck, and if equipped with saddle style tanks, the fuel transfer pump functionality. Snow fuel hats feature female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports. 90 degree swivel adapter fittings are sold separately to adapt to your desired combination of 10AN, 8AN or 6AN lines.
