The SPC Performance 96-02 Toyota 4Runner and 95-04 Toyota Tacoma Adjustable Upper Control Arms are high-performance suspension components designed to enhance handling and tire wear. Crafted with a forged steel construction, these control arms feature maintenance-free ball joints and free-pivoting xAxis™ sealed flex joints in bonded rubber sleeves, allowing for precise correction of alignment angles and restoring factory ride quality. They improve suspension travel and handling, especially when fitted with oversized tires, by centering the tire within the wheel well and providing maximum clearance. The design also includes improved clearance around the spring bucket and a full 80° of articulation in the ball joint, making them suitable for demanding off-road and lifted applications.

Compatible with 1996–2002 Toyota 4Runners and 1995–2004 Toyota Tacomas, these adjustable control arms are a direct bolt-on upgrade for lifted vehicles. They are engineered to restore positive caster angles affected by suspension lifts, ensuring better drivability and handling. The kit is sold as a pair and is ideal for off-road enthusiasts, overlanders, and those seeking to maximize tire clearance without fender trimming. Overview

Designed, engineered, tested, and assembled in Colorado, SPC Performance adjustable upper control arms are loaded with features. Improve suspension travel, handling, and tire wear while centering the tire in the wheel well for maximum clearance needed for oversized tires. Now equipped with maintenance-free ball joints and free-pivoting xAxis™ sealed flex joints in bonded rubber sleeves, for correction of alignment angles and restoration of factory ride quality. A Forged steel design provides the strength and durability needed for the most demanding environments. SPC adjustable control arms have improved clearance to get around the spring bucket and a full 80° of articulation in the ball joint. When trucks are lifted, caster and camber angles are affected that can lead to poor handling characteristics such as ‘wandering’. SPC control arms have positive caster built-in for lifted vehicles to restore alignment angles and drivability. The patented ball joint design allows the tire to be positioned correctly in the wheel well and additional adjustment in the OE lower arms can maximize placement for oversized tires to avoid fender trimming.
