Deteriorating engine mounts cause the engine to move excessively during throttle transitions. This movement causes mushy throttle response and can also effect shifting on manual transmission cars. Unwanted engine movement can also strain other components which are attached both to the engine and other locations such as intakes and exhausts. SuperPro bushings are more durable and give more positive location than rubber bushings, delivering crisp throttle response, improved shifting, and reducing strain on attached components.
