The UMI Performance 78-88 GM G-Body and 82-03 S10/S15 front lower A-arms are coilover-compatible suspension components designed to enhance handling and adjustability. Featuring a relocated ball joint cup, these arms provide 10 degrees of caster when paired with UMI's P/N 3056 upper arm, while maintaining spindle pin alignment. The 3/4-inch taller Howe ball joint improves roll center, lowers the vehicle's center of gravity, and reduces ride height by half an inch. The double shear shock mount is removable, allowing quick spring and shock changes at the track without disassembling ball joints. An aluminum steering stop is adjustable to prevent tire and wheel damage during full lock, and Delrin bushings ensure smooth, bind-free operation across street, strip, road race, or autocross applications. The kit also includes a double shear sway bar mounting system compatible with UMI sway bars and many aftermarket units, finished in UMI's signature red or black powder coat.
