2018-2021 Audi RS 4 Radiator Kit by Wagner Tuning

The 2.9L V6 biturbo engine of the Audi RS4 / RS5 has an indirect charge air cooling circuit fitted. The cooling process of the charge air is therefore not (as usual) implemented with the ambient air as the cooling medium, but is carried out with the help of a separate cooling water circuit. A reduction in the cooling water temperature is accordingly also to be equated directly with an improved cooling performance of the charge air. This is exactly where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING upgrade water cooler come into play.

The newly developed competition racing network of the WAGNERTUNING high- performance water cooler increases the cooler volume of the series water cooler by a total of 55%. The ratio used between the inner and outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer and at the same time allows the adjacent components (e.g. the engine water cooler behind it) to have enough air flow for their heat exchange. Furthermore, the water coolers are equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating, so that a permanent cooling effect is ensured. The assembly of the system is also uncomplicated and can be carried out plug & play with the help of our installation instructions.
