The Wilwood D154 Front Caliper Kit is a high-performance, direct bolt-on brake component designed as an alternative to factory cast iron "Metric" calipers. Featuring forged billet aluminum bodies, stainless steel pistons, and high-temperature seals, this caliper offers enhanced durability, resistance to rust and bore pitting, and low-maintenance performance. Available with 1.62-inch pistons, it provides a piston area of 4.12 square inches per caliper, maintaining proper brake bias while reducing weight and increasing high-temperature reliability for street and track use. The kit includes Wilwood’s hardened slide pins and BP-10 high friction pads, ensuring consistent performance and ease of installation.

Designed to fit a wide range of GM vehicles from 1978 through 2002, this caliper mounts in the stock location over stock rotors and uses the original style OE D154 brake pads and OE M10-1.5 banjo bolt brake line mounting.
