The Yukon Gear 99-19 Ford F250 / F350 Superduty Ball Joint Kit is a heavy-duty suspension component designed to replace and upgrade the original equipment manufacturer (OE) ball joints on both sides of Ford Superduty trucks from 1999 to 2019. Constructed with high-quality materials, the housing is CNC-machined from forged SAE 1045 carbon alloy steel, while the ball stud is induction heat-treated and hot-forged from 4140 chromoly steel, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. These ball joints incorporate military-grade acetal bearings, offering advanced anti-friction properties and dimensional stability. The design features a two-staged sealing system with a synthetic Neoprene/CR outer boot and an inner seal to protect against dirt, grime, oil, gas, engine fluids, and extreme temperatures, extending service life and maintaining performance.
This kit is a direct replacement for the upper and lower front ball joints on both sides of 1999–2019 Ford F250 and F350 Superduty models, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications such as towing, hauling, and off-road use. It includes Grade 8 hardware, castle nuts, c-clips, cotter pins, and zerk fittings for comprehensive installation. Designed for durability and reliability, these ball joints are ideal for maintaining steering precision and handling under demanding conditions, ensuring your truck remains safe and responsive on the road or off-road terrain.

Overview
Superior materials lead to superior performance. When you replace and upgrade your failing OE ball joints with a heavy-duty Yukon unit you get a ball joint built to the highest standards of quality and durability. Its housing is CNC-machined from forged SAE 1045 carbon alloy steel and the ball stud is made from induction heat-treated, hot-forged 4140 chromoly. These joints use military-grade acetal bearings because of their advanced anti-friction properties and dimensional stability. Ball joints are only as durable as the protection provided by their rubber boots. These Yukon ball joints feature a two-staged approach with a synthetic Neoprene/CR outer boot and an inner seal/pancake boot that safeguard the spherical joint and bucket against gritty road grime, oil, gas, and engine fluids, and extreme temperatures. This kit replaces the upper and lower front ball joints on both sides and includes Grade 8 hardware, castle nuts, c-clips, cotter pins, and zerk fittings.
